To create a sublimation Hoodie we start with a roll of flat woven polyester, the design is then printed onto the fabric when heat is added the ink turns into a gas and is absorbed into the fabric. Once the sublimation process is complete the fabric is then bonded with a fleecey backing, the Hoodie has a silky texture on the outside and fleecey on the inside, making it warm and comfortable.
With no cut and sew panels and no plasticy transfer prints you can be really creative with the design. The great news is that minimum order quantities are low and everything can be pantone matched.
